Our RCFE was founded by someone who truly understands caregiving from the heart. Before opening her own communities, Joy Boling spent over 20 years working hands-on as a caregiver in residential care homes.

Those years shaped her belief that quality care is not just about meeting daily needs—it’s about dignity, patience, and treating every resident like family. That philosophy continues to guide everything we do today, from the way we care for our residents to the way we support their families.
